Top 10 richest models in the World: Forbe’s Magazine

Business magazine Forbes famous for listing out richest people in the world has come out with another list of richest models in the world.This compilation is based on estimated earnings of models from June 2008 to June 2009. Since the advertising and fashion industry was severely hit by recession,models have agreed to work for as less than as half the price they demanded few years ago.Four Brazilian models have made their way in top 10 richest models.Here is a list of Top 10 richest models of World,

Brazilian beauty Gisele Caroline Bundchen has topped the chart among richest models. This 28 yrs old gal has earnings close to 33 million$  from numerous campaigns, including those for brands like Versace, True Religion jeans and Dior,Apple, Dolce & Gabbana and Roberto Cavalli.

Second spot is grabbed by 35-year-old German beauty Heidi Klum,with an estimated earning of 16 million $.The model has endorsed brands like Diet Coke, Volkswagen, McDonald’s and LG.

Kate Moss,35 yr old icon has been placed on the third spot with  9 million $ earned during last year with brands like Rimmel, Burberry and Dior in her bag.

Another Brazilian model Adriana Lima has earned 8 million$ in the last year and is at Number 4.

Doutzen Kroes is at no. 5 with 6million $,she is better known as  the face of cosmetic company L’Oreal.

Alessandra Ambrosio,28 yrs old of Brazil is also ranked fifth with same earnings as  of Kroes , i.e,6 million $.

Natalia Vodianova from Russia who was brought up in a poor family is the seventh model on list with earnings to the tune of 5.5million$.

Daria Werbowy, with an annual earning of 4.5 million $, has cornered the eighth place in the list.

Miranda Kerr famous for her relationship with actor Orlando Bloom’s is ranked ninth, with an estimated income of 3 million$.

American beauty Carolyn Murphy has also earned close to 3 million$ last year.
